Kristi Bergeron is a seasoned brand and marketing executive with two decades of experience building and scaling some of the most recognized names in beauty, wellness, and consumer lifestyle. As CEO of BrainTrust, Kristi leads with a vision to redefine management consulting for the next generation of founders, blending AI integration with full-stack strategy to give founders a new model of growth advisory.
Throughout her career, Kristi has held senior leadership roles at global agencies and high-growth brands, spearheading initiatives across brand storytelling, digital transformation, e-commerce, and go-to-market strategy. She has partnered with founders, Fortune 500 companies, and indie disruptors alike—driving measurable growth while cultivating meaningful connections between brands and their consumers.
Founder, Kendra Bracken-Ferguson
Kendra Bracken-Ferguson is a business executive, investor, board director, operator, and bestselling author whose work sits at the intersection of AI, consumer behavior, commerce, media, and innovation. With more than two decades of experience leading growth, digital transformation, and consumer engagement across startups, high-growth companies, and global brands, she helps organizations navigate the rapidly evolving future of marketing and commerce.
Kendra is the Founder and Managing Partner of KBF Ventures, a venture studio and holding company that invests in, builds, and advises innovative companies shaping the future of consumer products, media, technology, and retail. She is also the Co-Founder of LumiNicole, an AI-powered retail platform reimagining how consumers discover and purchase products through intelligent retail experiences.
A four-time founder with two successful exits, Kendra previously co-founded Digital Brand Architects (DBA), the pioneering influencer marketing and talent management agency acquired by United Talent Agency (UTA). As one of the early architects of the creator economy, she has spent her career at the forefront of how brands leverage influence, content, community, and emerging technologies to drive consumer discovery and conversion.
Throughout her career, Kendra has advised more than 200 brands, helped generate over $500 million in revenue, and raised more than $20 million in growth capital. Her executive leadership experience includes serving as CEO of a publicly traded company, Chief Digital Officer of CAA-Global Brands Group, Ralph Lauren's first Director of Digital Media, and Vice President at Fleishman-Hillard.
Kendra is also the host of the award-winning Business of the Beat podcast and author of the bestselling book The Beauty of Success: Start, Grow and Accelerate Your Brand. Through her work as a speaker, investor, and operator, she helps leaders understand how AI, commerce, media, and evolving consumer behavior are reshaping the future of business.
